Our mission is guided by quality

With Airgym Airtracks the quality is the main focus. Each product has to pass well defined stages until it can leave our production facility. The quality control starts long before even the raw materials reach our production plant. Our policy of embracing our suppliers paid off and now we are able to collaborate and analyse fine details in order to be sure that our partners will deliver us the right raw materials. Strict protocols are in place and the keen communication between our organizations enables us to spot immediately any possible failure.

European suppliers

Airgym airtracks are produced with raw materials supplied by European companies which produce in Europe. That is a great asset for us because we can easily control with whom we work and this way we make sure that they are the best in what they do. We have on our suppliers list, European leaders that are on the market since 1930.

Vincotte

Airgym airtracks Pro Silent - 33cm are guaranteed by the official independent agency AIB-Vincotte. That means our product line complies with the guidelines of EN-14960 which is a European Standard that has been ratified by the European Standardization Organizations. For these standard sizes we have a certificate of approval issued by AIB – Vincotte Nederland B.V., appointed to this end by Ministerial Order of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports with reference Nr: GZB/C&o/2162178. Production control

Raw material evaluation - We start with raw materials quality control as soon as they arrive from our supplier.

Design control - Our technicians check carefully all the production forms and drawings before proceeding to production.

During production control - Step by step the quality of the product is checked on intermediary phases.

Control before delivery - The last quality check is done before packing, the product is checked on multiple parameters.
