After Sale Service

Customer satisfaction is most important for us. Our clients are our advocates, so that's why we take them very serious, no matter their size or quantities bought from us. They all benefit from our After Sale Service which assure them, that they will not have unpleasant situations when working with our solutions.

How we solve a claim?

1. Two years warranty on buying our product.

2. In case of product failure or hidden raw material defects we are returning the product.

3. On reception the product will be checked by our technicians and the problem removed so the product is as new.

4. The product is returned to the client within 2 weeks from reception, and the special after sales service documentation is completed.
